How does the Pro Plan Quality Guarantee work if defects are found?
Under the Pro Plan, Sycglbsourcing takes direct accountability for your order. We perform strict AQL 2.5 standard inspections before shipment. If any defective batch slips through or arrives damaged due to quality non-compliance, we will coordinate a free replacement with the factory or provide monetary compensation directly to you.
When should I choose the Basic Plan instead of the Pro Plan?
The Basic Plan is engineered for businesses that already have established Chinese suppliers or proprietary manufacturing contracts, but need an on-the-ground team in China to manage daily communications, perform warehouse quality inspections, store goods in Shenzhen, and consolidate multi-factory cargo into single cost-effective shipping containers.
What payment methods and currencies do you support?
We accept Wire Transfers (T/T), USD bank transfers, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, and major international business accounts. For small sample orders, PayPal and credit card payments are also supported. Standard payment terms are 30% production deposit and 70% balance upon passed inspection report prior to dispatch.
